Clark Hudnall

Clark Hudnall serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Producers Midstream, bringing more than seven years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He leads the company’s strategic growth efforts, including acquisitions, capital planning, and market analysis.

Before joining Producers, Clark was a Senior Associate at Tailwater Capital, a leading middle-market, energy-focused private equity firm in Dallas. In that role, he evaluated a broad range of investment opportunities across traditional oil and gas, midstream, and emerging clean and renewable energy sectors. He began his career as an Analyst in Citi’s Houston investment banking group, where he worked on M&A advisory assignments and capital markets transactions for clients across the energy industry.

Clark earned his BBA in Business Honors and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
