Areas of Operation
Producers Midstream operates a diversified midstream system with significant scale broken down into four distinct business units:
- Delaware Basin Lea County G&P
- Anadarko Basin G&P
- Eastern Permian G&P
- Palo Duro Residue Pipeline
The total system includes approximately 905,000 Mcf/d of gathering and processing capacity which is underpinned by over 868,500 dedicated acres. PM gathers volumes via 3,500+ miles of pipelines while treating for Nitrogen, H2S, CO2 and other non-conforming contaminants. PM also operates 150 miles of natural gas liquids (“NGL”) transportation lines in conjunction with two strategic public midstreams to move products from the Anadarko Basin and Barnett Shale to downstream markets on the Texas Gulf Coast. The combined system has 18 interconnects with downstream residue pipelines with ultimate deliveries servicing the Mid-Continent, Waha, North Texas, and the Midwest.
The newest gathering, treating, and processing system operating in the Lea County portion of the Delaware Basin services operators targeting the Bone Springs, Avalon, Wolfcamp, and Pennsylvania Shale Formations. The Lea County G&P system is uniquely suited to treat the elevated levels of H2S, CO2, and N2 via an amine plant, multiple nitrogen-rejection plants, and a bespoke AGI well targeting the Silurian-Devonian formation. The first phase of the project includes relocating an existing 60 million standard cubic feet per day (“MMscfd”) cryogenic processing plant owned and operated by Producers Midstream. This Phase Two expansion will increase processing capacity by 50%—from 60 MMscfd to 90 MMscfd.
