James Hegar is experienced in engineering, operating, marketing and business development within the midstream energy sector. He previously held the role of Vice President of Engineering at E2 Energy Services, and has held various Director positions at PVR Midstream / Regency Energy Partners. James earned his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
